		<description>I just had to comment on this because it&#039;s so important - and so many people overlook it.  Yes, it costs money to hire an attorney, but it costs so much more to deal with poorly-drafted agreements that leave you unprotected.  I was a corporate trial lawyer for several years and saw firsthand what happens when deals/ventures go bad - former &quot;best friends&quot; are suddenly arch enemies fighting for every dollar tooth and nail.  So get your agreements in writing and hire a lawyer if at all possible.</description>
