		<description>Hey, that&#039;s pretty cool.  I wonder what we did to become a &quot;Hot Spot&quot;.  It does kind of raise the stakes, too, like if you&#039;ve chosen the path of entrepreneurship, you&#039;d better do awesome because you&#039;re in the world&#039;s #1 hot spot!</description>

		<description>Well city planners actually estimate that Tucson, Phoenix, and Prescott will all be connected by 2040.  Then take into account that the Valley is only 1100 feet above sea level and there&#039;s so much atmosphere to help trap pollution, that it&#039;s imperative that Phoenix begins thinking about measures to take pollution into account.  Who knows, maybe California will rub off on us and we&#039;ll start looking into greenhouse gas cuts.  :)</description>

		<description>Great, now Phoenix can get more polluted. I lived here for three years in the 90s and it was bad then. In my occasional trips back, I have noticed the smog situation getting worse in the valley.</description>
